Every event leaves a story behind. Endless experiences, moments of connection, lessons learned, and ideas for what could be even better next time. Understanding those stories will help our community grow.
For Where the Sheep Sleep we are looking for a Census Lead who helps gather insights from participants and turn their experiences into valuable learning for the organization. The Census Lead designs and runs the post-event survey that asks participants about their experience. What worked well? What could improve? What inspired them? You combine the answers in a report to help the team understand how the event is experienced and where it can evolve.
What you will do• Design and set up post-event census survey• Coordinate with different event teams to include relevant topics• Launch and distribute the survey to participants after the event• Monitor responses and encourage participation• Analyze the results and summarize key insights• Share findings with the organization to support future improvements
Who we are looking for• Someone who enjoys asking good questions and understanding people• Comfortable structuring surveys or questionnaires
• Preferably you have experience with good programs to run questionnaires on• Curious about participant experiences and community dynamics• Able to be involved for a few meetings pre and post event
