Container Co-Lead

Somewhere far from Where The Sheep Sleep meadows stands a lonely container full of art, decor, tools, and memories. For this Sheep, we are looking for a Container Lead who brings order to creative chaos and ensures our materials are preserved, protected, and ready for future burns.

What you’ll do

As Container Lead, you guard and organize the physical memory of the event. In short, you will:

• Organize the decoration container during clean-up days and ensure it remains structured.
• Coordinate loading during build so materials are distributed neatly and efficiently.
• During strike, strictly guard what goes back into the container — only approved items.
• Tetris everything back in with precision so it fits safely and sustainably.
• Maintain clarity and calm in high-energy pack-down moments.
• You will work together with another Container Lead, so the tasks and responsibilities are shared between you.

Who we’re looking for

You are a logistical wizard with backbone.

• You love structure and see packing as a strategic puzzle.
• You are not afraid to give clear instructions when needed.
• You stay calm in chaos and can oversee moving parts without losing overview.
• You are available during build and strike days.

Why this matters

We have a lot of art, decor, and essential materials. If we don’t pack thoughtfully and responsibly, we lose resources, create waste, and make next year harder than it needs to be. Your leadership ensures that what we create together is preserved with care — and that strike ends in pride instead of frustration.
