Deco Lead
Where the Sheep Sleep is looking for a Deco Lead! As Deco Lead you are accountable for decorating Centre Camp, The Gate and a few other places that aren’t part of Theme Camps or free camp.
We do have some materials in our storage unit, think about rugs, sofas and some creative objects. However, we do need more materials to make the site awesome!
Your responsibilities are, amongst others:
- Arranging decoration preferably at no costs
- Design the layout and deco for centre camp and the gate
- Setting up communal projects to create deco
- Build/decorate centre camp and the gate during build
Who are you?
You are a creative mind who knows how to get his/her hands on beautiful deco. You never understood the less is more approach. Further, we ask for:
- Unstoppable energy
- Getting things done mentality
- Organisation skills
- Availability on-site from Tuesday afternoon/night until Monday
- Availability on Wednesday night for our bi-weekly pre-event meeting (at least once or twice)
What’s in it for you?
As with all positions within Burning Man Netherlands, this is a volunteer position. However, being the Deco Lead will give you access to a vast network of enthusiastic artist and engaged participants to help you develop.
