Event Manager
The Where the Sheep Sleep 2022 team is looking for an Event Manager! As Event Manager, you will work closely with our Production Lead and the rest of the production team.
This role has pre-event and event duties. Your responsibilities are, amongst others:
- Co-create the structure and content of the Sheep together with the community
- Strategise and plan ahead
- Connect the community
- Work on technical and safety plans
- Work on-site during (part of) build/event/strike
Who are you?
You are a creative mind who keeps his/her head cool in stressful situations. You preferably have a network in the event industry and you know the 10 Burning Man principles by heart! Further, we ask for:
- Experience in event management/production
- Venue and vendor management (purchasing) experience
- Leading by consensus
- Preferably outdoor event experience
