Where the Sheep Sleep is looking for a Fluffer Lead! As Fluffer Lead you will take care of our volunteers during Where The Sheep Sleep.

The Fluffing team is responsible for keeping our hard workers hydrated and fed. They are responsible for ordering fluffing supplies, coordinating volunteers and ensuring that our volunteers are given some love. This is an extremely important team during Build and Strike.

This role has mainly event duties. However, you might want to come to one or two pre-event meetings and think about the following things in advance:

• How to be the best Lead Fluffer in the world
• Recruit Fluffers
• Make a Fluff schedule and think of new ways to surprise our volunteers

Who are you?

You are a person that oozes hospitability and who loves to make people feel even better than the already did. Further, you are:

• A very nursing person
• You have tons of energy
• Availability on Wednesday night for our bi-weekly pre-event meeting (at least once or twice)

What’s in it for you?

As with all positions within Burning Man Netherlands, this is a volunteer position. However, being the Fluffer Lead will give you access to a vast network of enthusiastic artist and engaged participants to help you develop.
