Infohub/Education Lead

The Infohub is where burners arrive with burning questions, lost or found items, confusion, curiosity, and often, their first shift. It is the nerve center of Where The Sheep Sleep! For this Sheep, we are looking for an Infohub Lead who ensures this space runs smoothly and feels welcoming, structured, and reliable.

What you’ll do

As Infohub / Education Lead, you hold the informational heartbeat of the event. In short, you will:

• Work with Dreamcamps, Greeters, Consent and other volunteers to spread knowledge about the Eleven Principles and improve the participation during the event
• Set up and organize the Infohub space so it is clear, equipped, and easy to navigate.
• Oversee lost & found processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Train and guide volunteers who staff the Infohub.
• Ensure volunteers understand procedures, tone, and responsibilities.
• Keep overview during the event and adjust when new questions or situations arise.

Who we’re looking for

• You are organized, approachable, and steady.
• You have a structured mindset and enjoy creating clarity.
• Ideally you are familiar with WTSS and its volunteer structure (or excited to quickly learn).
• You are available for preparation meetings and on-site before the event starts.

Why this matters

Without a functioning Infohub, participants feel lost, literally and figuratively. Your leadership ensures burners how to contribute, and where to turn when they need support. When the Infohub is strong, the entire event feels more coherent and held.
