Mobility Sheeptime Lead
Arrival sets the tone. Cars arriving, hugs at kiss & ride, supplies unloading, volunteers finding their way. For this Sheep, we are looking for a Mobility Sheeptime Lead who ensures that this first impression flows smoothly, safely, and in alignment with our permit and fire regulations.
What you’ll do
As Mobility Lead, you orchestrate the flow of arrival and departure. In short, you will:
- Coordinate parking logistics for kiss & ride/ the drop-off loop, and long-term parking.
- Collaborate closely with the parking crew to ensure clarity and smooth execution.
- Keep overview during peak arrival moments and troubleshoot when needed
Who we’re looking for
- You are structured, decisive, and calm under pressure.
- You can think logistically and communicate clearly.
- You are not afraid to take charge when things get busy.
- You are available for a short training before the event by the mobility lead
- You are willing to be responsible for 1 day for the mobilty responsibilities
Why this matters
If parking and mobility are not streamlined, it can quickly become chaotic. Congestion, unsafe situations, or violations of fire regulations could jeopardize our permit and good relationship with the location. Your role safeguards not just flow, but the continuity of the event itself. When arrival runs smoothly, everyone starts their Sheep with ease and excitement instead of stress.
