On-site Volunteer Coordinator
Where the Sheep Sleep is looking for an On-site Volunteer Coordinator! As an on-site volunteer coordinator, you will work closely with our volunteer coordinator and with the volunteers at the Info Hub.
It is your goal to make sure we have enough volunteers at the right place at the right time. You are a master with a radio and you know how to communicate effectively on it. Your role is vital during especially Build and Strike. Therefore your presence is needed from at least Wednesday morning until Monday night, preferably longer.
Your responsibilities are, amongst others:
- Motivating volunteers
- Providing Info Hub daily with information on open volunteer shifts
- Directing volunteers to the right teams
- Communication with all leads on their volunteer needs
Who are you?
You are a great motivator. You know how to recruit volunteers on-site and you are unstoppable. One Burner One shift is your motto! Further, we ask for:
- Great communication skills
- A person who knows how to energize people
- Organisation skills
- Availability on Wednesday night for our bi-weekly pre-event meeting (at least once or twice)
