Burning Man Netherlands Peoplz team is looking for team members! 

As Peoplz team member you help building the committees and think along in new processes such as Onboarding and Performance management that will need to be implemented, and also safe guarding the protocols.

Role of the committees

The committees (strategic by nature) are designed to gain more community input into BMNL policy. The intention is for people from the community to sit on a committee. Within the committee, ideas, strategic issues, event evaluations, or adjustments to BMNL vision and policy are developed on behalf of the community or in response to a request from the board. In this way, more people from the community can influence the course of BMNL by making proposals.

We will start with four committees Strategy, Art, Events and Civic. 

The Peoplz team puts out a request to the community about which positions need to be filled per committee. Via Comms the position as described by PeoplZ will be shared through various channels so that people from the community can make their interest known.

You will join our current Peoplz team member and together you will set up a strategy.

• You have great communication skills
• You have a strategical mindset and managerial experience
• You are an independent team player
• You have a structured approach to implement different processes 

This is a year-round role. You'll play a vital role in setting up the new structure in the Burning Man Netherlands organization.
